We collect only the information necessary to deliver services and comply with wildlife protection laws. Sensitive location data is restricted by default and shared on a need-to-know basis.

Data We Handle

• Project inquiries (contact info, project details)
• ArcGIS feature edits (AOIs, observations, nests, broods)
• Operational metadata (audit logs, policy versions)

Storage & Security

Spatial data is stored in ArcGIS Feature Layers. Non-spatial operational data is stored securely in our database with least-privilege access and audit logging.
